Essential Functions

• A demonstrated ability to design, code, test, debug, and document complex systems is required to be successful in this role.
• Understand the business need and process. Design, model, and construct custom SQL and .Net applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to handle multiple priority projects and adept quickly to changing priorities.
• Effectively and efficiently work with system users to improve and update system to meet business needs.
• Work collaboratively within a project team.
• Follow and improve enterprise best practices and coding standards.
• Create and maintain necessary technical documentation for project design, technical specification, and implementation plan.
• Provide consultation on broad system projects and issues.
• Must be a proactive self-starter, willing to dive and learn as you go.

 

Essential skills and experience:

• Web development and Win Forms applications
• ASP.NET C# - 4.5 and higher
• REST API, SOAP and Services
• Triggers and Stored Procedures
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to understand the business processes and develop software to optimize and support them.
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and experience with a variety approaches to software development.
• Experience working in a cooperative, team-oriented, and collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer support orientation
• Strong understanding of relational databases
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present ideas and designs to variety of audiences.
